• As Sous Chef, you report to the F&B Operations Manager.
• As Sous Chef, you also have responsibility for forecasting, costs, and results, ensuring that employees follow routines, concepts, and develop in the best possible way.
• The position involves active participation in operations.
• You will also guide and support the rest of the team so they reach their goals.
• Laws related to health, environment, and safety will also be your highest priority!
• The position involves work during days, evenings, and weekends.
