About the position

The position is as a study and career counselor (SYV) at both the primary school and our upper secondary school, Hudikgymnasiet. You will therefore work with both schools. The position is a permanent appointment, part-time or full-time depending on agreement. Please attach relevant documents along with your application. You are welcome to apply even if you do not hold the formal qualifications, provided you have relevant professional experience from similar roles.

We are looking for someone who:

• Can provide guidance both individually and in groups to stimulate students' curiosity and interest in future studies and career choices.
• Has the ability to work independently, collaborate within work teams, and build networks with representatives from the business community and the public sector.
• Is driven to develop and shape our study and career counseling program in collaboration with the principal and colleagues.
• Works based on and is well-versed in the regulatory documents found in the Swedish National Agency for Education's laws and guidelines.
