WaveCrest is now recruiting, on behalf of Swedish Match, for retail staff at Fjellhandel Storlien Handelscentrum. You will be employed by WaveCrest and work dedicatedly for Swedish Match.

This is the perfect role for you if you enjoy meeting people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to gain valuable experience in service and retail within a modern and social work environment. The position starts in mid-June.

About the Role

As part of the team at Fjellhandel Storlien, you will become one of the store's most important contact points for customers. Your primary task is to create a welcoming and positive customer experience through good service, product knowledge, and professional interaction.

You will work closely with customers, helping them find the right products and sharing knowledge about the Swedish Match assortment and brands.

The role also involves contributing to the store's daily operations and ensuring that the store maintains a high standard throughout the entire customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and guide them in their product choices
• Inform about Swedish Match products and brands
• Create a positive and welcoming customer experience
• Participate in the store's daily operations, including opening and closing routines
• Ensure that products, materials, and stock are available
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop the customer experience and working methods in the store
• Participate in training, meetings, and ongoing briefings

We believe that you:

• Are social, service-oriented, and enjoy interacting with people
• Collaborate well while also being able to work independently
• Are organized and comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Have an interest in sales, service, and products
• Are curious, driven, and enjoy learning new things
• Are at least 21 years old
• Previous experience in service, retail, or hospitality is advantageous but not required.
