About the role
We are now looking for a proactive and service-oriented receptionist for an international and forward-looking company in Gothenburg. Here you will have a central role in a social, professional, and energetic environment. The purpose of the role is to ensure smooth and efficient office operations while supporting the Office Manager, colleagues, and visitors. You will become an important part of the overall office experience and a person who creates structure and a welcoming impression every day.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Handling phone calls and emails
  • Greeting visitors and employees
  • Ensuring the office is functional and pleasant
  • Managing mail, couriers, access cards, and other office administration
  • Contact and coordination with suppliers, landlords, and external partners
  • Ordering office supplies and other office purchases
  • Coordinating monthly breakfasts and ordering lunches, etc.
  • Coordinating meetings, conferences, travel, and hotel bookings
  • Administrative support to the Office Manager, management, and colleagues
  • Planning and coordinating internal activities and events
  • Supporting the onboarding of new employees

Requirements for the position

  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Previous experience in service, preferably in an office environment
  • Comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Completed upper secondary education

About the employment
Type of employment: Fixed-term contract, one-year vacancy with a high chance of extension.
Hours: Part-time, 50%.
Start: August 2026.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-12:00.
