We are now looking for an independent and meticulous accounting assistant who wants to become a key player in our finance department. You will work in a dynamic group environment with several companies and varying tasks – perfect for you if you want to develop and take responsibility.

Your responsibilities

As an accounting assistant with us, you will work broadly within finance and payroll, including but not limited to:

• Ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliations
• Supplier and customer accounts
• Invoicing and payment follow-up
• VAT and tax declarations
• Preparation of year-end accounts
• Payroll management (end-to-end)
• Reporting and administrative tasks related to finance

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working as an accounting assistant
• Has good knowledge of Fortnox
• Has experience with Hogia Lön
• Has worked with payroll management and is confident in the entire process
• Has a good understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Is structured, meticulous, and responsible
• Communicates fluently in Swedish (both spoken and written)
