About the position

The position as a study and career counselor (SYV) covers both the upper secondary school and our primary school, Hudikskolan. You will therefore work with both schools. This is a permanent position, part-time or full-time depending on agreement. Please attach relevant documents with your application. You are welcome to apply even if you do not have formal qualifications, provided you have relevant work experience from similar roles.

We are looking for someone who:

• Can provide guidance both individually and in groups to stimulate students' curiosity and interest in future studies and career choices.
• Has the ability to work independently, collaborate within teams, and build networks with representatives from business and the public sector.
• Is driven to develop and shape our study and career counseling program in collaboration with the principal and colleagues.
• Works from a broad perspective and is well-versed in the regulatory documents found in the Swedish National Agency for Education's laws and guidelines.
