At Textilia, work is not governed by unnecessary rules, but by judgment, responsibility, and the desire to find smarter solutions. We believe in learning from experience – even when things don't go right from the start. Our organization is built on trust and delegation of responsibility. With a flat structure and decentralized decision-making, every employee has the opportunity to influence – both the daily routine and the future. This is how we develop Textilia, together.
