We are now looking for an IT Support Technician who thrives in a practical, social, and varied role. Your daily life in the role
As an IT Support Technician, you will be the person users turn to when technology fails - and the one who ensures they are up and running again quickly. You work practically with clients, accessories, and software, and you are involved in the entire process: from installation to troubleshooting and follow-up. Your contribution is immediately noticeable and contributes to a stable and secure IT environment.
You will mainly work with:
- Providing on-site support and helping users with everything from login issues to application support
- Installing, configuring, and deploying computers, monitors, meeting room equipment, printers, and other client devices
- Troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware issues, such as network connectivity, tools, peripheral equipment, and operating systems
- Managing permissions, accounts, and passwords via systems such as AD, O365, or other identity systems
- Performing reinstallation, backup/restore, and other actions in case of incidents
- Documenting cases, registering actions, and ensuring good case management
- Replacing, registering, and delivering equipment such as client computers, mobile devices, and accessories
- Participating in continuous improvement work and contributing to raising the user experience over time
Who are you?
You are a person who thrives in a role where technology and service meet. You enjoy troubleshooting, guiding users, and creating workdays that run smoothly for others. Adapting quickly, taking responsibility, and solving problems with a calm and pedagogical approach comes naturally to you. You are curious about technological development and structured enough to keep order even when the workday moves at a fast pace.
We believe you have:
- At least 1 year of experience as an IT Support Technician, Service Desk Technician, or similar support role
- Experience working with client computers, accessories, and standard hardware
- Experience with case management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, TopDesk, or similar)
- The ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both Swedish and English
