Are you an experienced negotiator with a strong commercial understanding of real estate and Facility Management? We are now looking for a senior consultant for a strategic and business-critical assignment with an established player in Sweden.

This is the perfect role for you if you thrive in complex negotiations, have experience with large real estate agreements, and can navigate high-level dialogues with both suppliers and property owners.

In this role, you will support the business in renegotiating major commercial agreements related to:

• Rental and real estate agreements
• Facility Management services
• Strategic supplier partnerships

You are expected to contribute both a commercial and strategic perspective to ensure long-term sustainable and cost-effective solutions.

• A university degree in a relevant field, such as real estate, economics, law, or procurement
• Substantial experience in commercial negotiation (approx. 7–10 years)
• Strong expertise in rental and real estate agreements
• Experience with FM services and supplier contracts
• A good understanding of the legal and economic aspects of large contracts
• The ability to drive negotiations independently and build trust with various stakeholders

It is an advantage if you have worked in larger organizations or complex environments involving multiple stakeholders.
