About the role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will represent our client Axfood, a leading player in the grocery retail industry. At Releasy, we run the customer service for Willys and Hemköp, handling inquiries regarding e-commerce, memberships, product range, and credits. The collaboration dates back to 2012, and Releasy is an active part in developing the company's customer service through technical solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing service to Willys and Hemköp customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Answering questions, resolving cases, and handling communication with stores and back-office.
  • The Axfood assignment offers opportunities for further development within different areas of responsibility.

Employment type: Permanent position with a 6-month probation period.

Training: 7-day basic training followed by practice with extra support.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary with shift allowances (OB).

Working hours: Varied working hours. You will see your schedule four weeks in advance. Shifts are scheduled within the following times: Monday–Friday 08:00–22:00, Saturday 10:00–18:00, and Sunday 10:00–22:00.

Start date: The training begins on June 15, 2026, which is also the start date of employment.

We are looking for you who:

  • Speak and write fluent Swedish.
  • Speak and write English at a basic level.
  • Have good computer skills and preferably system competence.
  • Experience from retail is meritorious but not a requirement.

The background check is conducted to create a safe working environment for both customers and employees.
