You can be the one who makes someone's day better!
We are still looking for you who want to work within home care services during the summer of 2026. We are looking for you who can step in where you are needed most, when it is needed most.
If you work at least 80% for 8 weeks during the period of June 15 to August 23, you will receive an extra bonus of 8,000 SEK in addition to your base salary. If you work at least 90%, the bonus is 9,000 SEK, and with full-time employment, it is 10,000 SEK.
To be eligible for the summer bonus, you must be scheduled during your summer substitute period, and you may not be absent more than 2 times for a maximum of 4 days. (Sick leave does not count)
The bonus applies to both hourly-paid and monthly-paid summer substitutes.

Job Responsibilities
Home Care Services
In home care services, you usually work alone helping people in their homes so they can manage their daily lives. When you work in home care, you receive a schedule indicating who you are to help, at what time, and what tasks to perform. You usually drive a car, but it also happens that you walk or cycle to the person you are helping. Documentation is part of the job.
Night Home Care
In the night home care role, you perform interventions in people's homes during planned visits but also respond to alarms. Documentation is part of the job.
Your Profile
For work within the above-mentioned operations, it is desirable that you have completed one of the following educations:
- Nursing Assistant (Undersköterska)
- Care Assistant (Vårdbiträde)
Other equivalent education and/or experience is meritorious.
To fit and thrive in the role, you need to be interested, stable, and have good communication skills. You have a positive attitude, are easy to collaborate with, and adapt based on individuals' needs and situations that may arise. Your interaction is characterized by engagement, sensitivity, and a desire to work with people.
To communicate with our customers and to document, good proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is a requirement. To be eligible for employment, you must have completed Swedish primary school or have passed grades from SFI D. You need to have good technical skills as our work tools are digitized.
Class B driver's license and driving experience are required for these positions.
In elderly care, the work is distributed across all days of the week. We expect you to be able to work weekdays as well as evenings and weekends. Night work occurs within some operations.
We place great importance on personal suitability.
