Responsibilities
- Work in a person-centered manner, focusing on the individual's needs, resources, and life story.
- Plan, implement, and follow up on adapted activities for people with dementia.
- Contribute advanced competence in the field of dementia to daily work.
- Mentor and support colleagues in interaction issues and working methods.
- Collaborate with relatives, colleagues, and other professions.
- Document according to current legislation and routines.
Qualifications
We are looking for a specialist nurse preferably with a focus on dementia, or alternatively a Silvia nurse, who meets the following requirements:
- Has documented experience working with people with dementia.
- Demonstrates a calm, secure, and professional approach.
- Has good collaboration skills and can work both independently and in a team.
- Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
We are looking for someone who thrives in team environments and strives for common goals. It is natural for you to compromise and to share information and knowledge.
Employment Terms
- Employment type: Permanent position.
- Duration: Permanent.
- Working hours: Daytime, Monday – Friday.
