Have you previously worked in banking? We are now looking for experienced banking professionals who are eager to step in when needed most! As an advisor or customer service representative, you will meet with customers, build long-term relationships, and contribute to sustainable economics.
About the role
The roles involve future assignments at Sparbanken branches in Örkelljunga, Perstorp, Vinslöv, Farhult, Lindåkra, Röke, Ekeby, Bromölla, and Skurup. We are looking for you who have solid prior banking experience and are open to stepping in on an interim basis for a period. The assignments may vary in both duration and scope.
- As a corporate advisor, you work with small and medium-sized enterprise clients, take responsibility for risk, profitability, and new business, and network with specialists and other Sparbanken branches.
- As a private client advisor, you manage your own customer base, conduct structured client meetings, provide financial advice, and guide customers through the bank's digital channels.
- As a customer service representative, you are the face of the bank, receiving and assisting customers in branches, via phone, email, and digital channels, while also supporting with product knowledge, cash handling, and estate administration.

We are looking for you who
Are fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English, and possess strong communication and service skills. All roles require experience from banking and advisory services.
Corporate Advisor:
- At least 3 years of experience in banking and corporate advisory
- Good knowledge of credit management and risk assessment
- Swedsec license for advisory services
- Very good IT skills and basic knowledge of business economics
- Strong commercial acumen and good communication skills
It is meritorious if you have previous experience from Sparbanken or Swedbank, as well as experience handling defaults and bankruptcy.
Private Client Advisor:
- At least 2–3 years of experience in private client advisory within banking
- Swedsec license including mortgage loans
- Good knowledge of credit management and risk assessment
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships
It is meritorious if you have previous experience from Sparbanken or Swedbank, competence in insurance and securities, and an understanding of digital banking solutions.
Customer Service Representative:
- Banking experience, preferably from Sparbanken or Swedbank
- Basic knowledge of credits and digital banking services
- Very good knowledge of regulations, ID verification, and customer profiling
- Good communication and service skills
It is meritorious if you have experience with cash handling and estate administration, the ability to refer customers to specialists and advisors, and an interest in working with digital channels and telephone banking.
