We are now looking for a Sales Administrator for our client in Kungälv. This is an important role where you will become a central part of the sales organization and contribute to creating structure, efficiency, and quality in the daily work.

As a Sales Administrator, you function as a key person in the collaboration between the customer, sales team, purchasing, and delivery – with responsibility for ensuring that the information flow works smoothly and correctly.

About the role

The position is largely administrative and coordinating, with a focus on structure, follow-up, and service. You work closely with the sales function and support both ongoing tasks and more varied administrative efforts.

Your main responsibilities

In the role, you will among other things:

• Compile and quality-assure inquiry documents
• Work with simpler drawings and technical specifications
• Handle customer inquiries and orders via email and phone
• Follow up on deliveries and handle any discrepancies
• Coordinate and organize internal processes
• Ensure correct documentation and traceability
• Support the sales department with various administrative tasks

Who are you?

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Experience in sales administration or similar work
• Good administrative and organizational skills
• Experience with CRM systems and business systems
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
