Your new assignment

As a Production Technician with a focus on CNC, you will have a broad and important role close to the operations. You will become a key person in the continued technical development and have great opportunities to influence both working methods, flows, and future solutions.

You will, among other things:

• Optimize and develop CNC processes – cutting data, strategies, tools, and fixtures
• Support operators in setup, troubleshooting, and method development
• Conduct test runs and validations prior to series production
• Participate in daily management, root cause analysis, and improvement work
• Create cycle times, calculations, and quotation support
• Standardize working methods and create clear instructions and process documentation

The role involves close collaboration with production, quality, engineering, and planning – and you report directly to the CEO.

About you

To thrive in this role, you need to be analytical, curious, and comfortable in an environment where technology and problem-solving are central. You enjoy working close to production, taking initiative, and contributing ideas that develop both processes and people.

We believe that you:

• Have experience in cutting machining (turning, milling, multi-operation)
• Understand material science, tolerances, and how metals behave during chip removal
• Have good system proficiency and preferably experience with CAD/CAM
• Are structured, solution-oriented, and communicative
• Thrive in a role where you both analyze, test, and improve
• Have a valid driver's license (Category B) and access to a car

We are especially pleased if you have experience with cast parts, Lean work, fixture optimization, or systems such as Monitor/SAP. But most importantly, we value your willingness to contribute, develop, and take responsibility.
