Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are trained as a Specialist in General Practice and who have experience within primary care (preferably within Region Skåne).

• You are confident in your professional role.
• You have the ability to maintain a holistic perspective from a business viewpoint with the patient in focus.
• You have good communication skills to create good relationships with both patients and colleagues.
• You have a good manner of dealing with people, with mutual respect in your interactions.
• You have a passion for working with patients and want to be part of the development of the practice.
• You can work independently and have good collaboration skills and high work ethics.
• You are stable, flexible, and adaptable to different situations.
• You enjoy supervising doctors and students.
• You have good language skills in Swedish. A level of at least C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale is required.
