We are now looking for a nurse who wants to become part of our journey forward. Here, you will become an important part of an interdisciplinary team consisting of district doctors, resident doctors, assistant doctors, physiotherapists, counselors/counseling therapists, district nurses, nurses, nursing assistants, rehabilitation coordinators, occupational therapists, and medical secretaries – all with the same ambition: to be the healthcare centre with a big heart.

Your role with us:

In the role of operational nurse, you, together with the operations manager, have overall responsibility for the daily operations. The assignment covers approximately 10–20% of your position.

As the operational nurse, you work with:

• Overall responsibility for the daily patient flow
• Administrative work in TeleQ
• Scheduling and staffing planning for nurses

In addition to this, you work clinically as a nurse with:

• Telephone advice
• Triage
• Clinic work

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who:

• Are a registered nurse with a few years of experience from primary care
• Work in a structured manner and have good prioritization skills
• Enjoy taking responsibility and have an interest in coordination and operational development

Merits for the position:

• Experience with TeleQ
• Competence in asthma/COPD, smoking cessation, or similar

The Clinic

Kattens Läkargrupp is a healthcare centre with approximately 8,500 registered patients.

We are a medium-sized healthcare centre in western Trelleborg with good communication links and good parking. Kattens Health Centre is centrally located about a 10-minute walk from the healthcare centre and collaborates closely with Valens Health Centre.

Our goal is to offer high accessibility and good continuity, which leads to the best quality of care.
