"I mainly work at the asthma and COPD clinic, which I really enjoy, as it is rewarding work where I get the opportunity to help patients deeply. In addition, I also work with telephone triage, among other things. My work is varied and involves meeting many different people every day, which makes the job both fun and developing. I started here about four years ago, and I feel that many positive changes have occurred since I started. Ideas for improving and developing the work are welcome here! We have about 40 employees at the workplace, and there is good cooperation between colleagues. We care for each other and work a lot in teams with rounds and joint discussions."

There are good opportunities for competence development, and I have, among other things, received training via the health center, including asthma COPD, telephone triage, and vaccinations. We also have a joint development day once a year where the entire health center gathers. Furthermore, we work in clusters with other health centers, which provides opportunities for sharing experiences, concludes Felicia, who is an asthma and COPD nurse.
