We are now looking for a field sales representative in Gothenburg who wants to be part of an exciting growth journey as an established food company takes the step from niche channels to broad expansion within Swedish grocery retail.

For over 14 years, we have supplied appreciated frozen ready-meals to actors across Sweden. We are now growing within the grocery retail sector, where market reception has exceeded expectations. The next step is to gear up for the future and continue developing our operations and presence within grocery retail.

About the role

As a salesperson with us, you will play a key role in our expansion within grocery retail.

You will primarily:

• Process new stores and create long-term relationships.
• Present and sell our products to stores.
• Drive sales through campaigns, demos, and follow-ups.
• Work data-driven with sales development and store potential.
• Plan and follow up on work via business systems and CRM.

The role is primarily field-based with approximately one administrative day per week from home office. You will start by developing new areas and will have the opportunity to grow into larger customer responsibilities as the district develops.

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience in sales within grocery retail.
• Have an existing network within stores or chains.
• Understand store economics and sales-driving activities.
• Have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• Are computer literate.
• Have a B-driving license and enjoy driving.

You thrive in a role with high customer contact, a fast pace, and significant personal responsibility. You are a relationship builder who enjoys doing business, while being unpretentious, positive, and liking to work together with others towards common goals. You have a genuine interest in sales, understand what drives business in stores, and are inspired by modern food concepts and healthy products.
