Your Responsibilities

As a Lab Technician, you will become part of a team within Supply Chain. Here, you will work at a modern facility where mixing, filling, packaging, and quality control of products take place. Together with your team, you play a central role in ensuring the highest quality of products by following current guidelines and legal requirements. You will be responsible for sampling, quality control, instrument calibration, analysis, and blocking products in case of quality issues. The work is development-oriented and takes place in a laboratory environment where your analytical skills and quality awareness are crucial. In addition to conducting regular controls, microbiological, and chemical sampling, you will also be involved in continuous improvement work to achieve production and quality goals and drive the business forward. We are looking for someone who wants to work part-time, perhaps as a complement to your studies or another job. Since the position is on an as-needed basis, you must have another employment of at least 50%.

Your Profile

We are looking for a responsible, meticulous, and driven person who thrives in a team environment and contributes to high quality and efficiency. Requirements:

  • Education in microbiology, chemistry, or similar.
  • Good computer skills and experience with data documentation and evaluation.
  • Experience with quality systems, such as ISO 9001 or GMP.
  • Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
Merits:
  • Knowledge of food or pharmaceutical hygiene regulations.
  • Business system SAP PR1 and PM3.
  • Experience in laboratory work within food or pharmaceutical production, or hospital environments.

To thrive in this role, you need a technical interest, commitment to quality, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments. You are analytical, solution-oriented, and have a structured work method. Furthermore, you are communicative, team-oriented, and enjoy working in teams.
