About the Role

The ÄlSa team currently consists of 2 nurses working in teams with doctors. The team's purpose is to create a secure home situation, and ÄlSa works in collaboration with home healthcare and the municipality. The ÄlSa team is responsible for the admitted patient who meets the criteria for inclusion during a short but intensive period until the patient's condition stabilizes and they can return to primary care. The patient group consists of elderly individuals with multiple chronic conditions.

We are now looking for a doctor to join the ÄISa team in Sollefteå. The position is a permanent employment with an extent of at least 20% after dialogue with the manager. Start date is by agreement. If you wish to work full-time at Sollefteå Hospital, this is highly welcome, and there is an opportunity to expand the position within your desired specialty area.

Responsibilities

Here, as a doctor, you have the freedom to steer your workday together with the rest of the team. You have the opportunity and many prerequisites for a good balance between leisure time and meaningful work. You will also experience that you have good time for each individual patient. As a doctor, you will have medical responsibility for the elderly patient admitted to the ÄlSa team.
