Our current Partner Manager, Pontus, has moved on to new exciting challenges – and now we are looking for you who want to take the baton and continue developing our business and relationships in Europe.
Your role – where relationships meet business
As Partner Manager Europe (excluding Scandinavia), you will have a central and business-driving role in our continued expansion.
You are our key person towards the distributor network – and your task is clear:
- to develop partnerships, create new business, and drive profitable growth
You will:
- Build, develop, and strengthen relationships with our distributors
- Identify, follow up on, and maintain contact with potential customers in Europe that our distributors are targeting.
- Act as the main contact and coach them on how to develop their business
- Drive sales and identify new business opportunities in the European market
- Ensure quality and compliance in our processes and collaborations
- Attend trade fairs and create new customer relationships
- Follow up on business plans, forecasts, and results
You will work closely with both our distributors and your colleagues in the marketing team – together you drive Fogmaker forward.
An international and mobile role
The position is based at our headquarters in Växjö, but involves approximately 30% travel within Europe.
This is a role for you who likes to be close to the business – both digitally and on-site.
Who are you?
We are looking for you who combine business drive with relationship building – and who thrives in an international environment.
We believe you:
- Have experience in B2B sales and preferably international business
- Are business-minded and relationship-oriented
- Are curious, receptive, and adaptable to different cultures
- Enjoy responsibility and drive your work forward
- Have an interest in technology and business
- Communicate fluently in English
If you also have experience from the automotive or machinery industry, it is a plus.
