Do you want to work with content marketing, creator collaborations, and campaign management in a business-oriented role? ICA Reklam is now looking for a Campaign Manager who wants to be part of developing work within content, UGC, and influencer marketing.

About the Campaign Manager role

You are responsible for content, influencer, and UGC campaigns from brief to delivery, working closely with internal teams, clients, and creators. You will join a small team where you will have the opportunity to help develop working methods, processes, and business establishment.

You will drive and be responsible for:

• establishing the business and offering at ICA Reklam together with the team
• building and developing creator networks within UGC and influencer marketing
• matching the right creators with the right campaign and target audience
• briefing, feedback, contracts, and deliveries
• negotiating fees and handling compensation models
• quality, budget, and timeline throughout the entire campaign
• follow-up and analysis of campaign results

Are you the one we are looking for?

We believe that you:

• have several years of experience working both operationally and strategically with content, UGC, and influencer marketing on a large scale
• are accustomed to working with creator networks and influencer marketing in large volumes
• are confident in negotiating fees, compensation models, and contracts
• can identify the right creators based on target audience, channel, and business goals
• have a good understanding of delivery processes and campaign flows
• want to help develop working methods, creator collaborations, and campaign processes

Experience with influencer marketing system support, as well as data-driven work with analysis and optimization of campaigns and creator selection, is a requirement for the role.

Location

The position is located in Kungälv with primary presence at the office and some possibility for remote work.
