What does the role offer?As a welder at DEFAB, you will become an important part of the production where quality, precision, and professional skill are in focus. You will work with varied welding and sheet metal processing tasks based on drawings and customer-specific solutions.
The work involves daily reading of technical drawings and requires that you can work independently and have a good understanding of production and manufacturing processes.

Who are you?We are looking for you who have previous welding experience and feel confident working with MIG/MAG and TIG welding. You are accustomed to reading technical drawings and work carefully with a focus on quality.
Having a welding certificate is seen as a big plus, but it is not a requirement for the position. We place great emphasis on your experience, technical competence, and ability to work independently with high quality.
As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and solution-oriented. You thrive in a production environment where the pace is sometimes high and where precision is an important part of everyday life.
We would like you to have:
- Experience with MIG/MAG and TIG welding
- Good knowledge of reading technical drawings
- Experience from industry or sheet metal processing
- A technical interest
- Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
