Do you have a few years of experience in IT, troubleshooting ERP systems, and want to work close to the business in a larger organization? We are now looking for a consultant as an IT Specialist at Rusta to support daily operations with ERP and adjacent systems!

This is a long-term full-time consultancy assignment where you will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Rusta.

Responsibilities

As an IT Specialist within ERP, you support management and existing colleagues in the ongoing work related to Rusta's ERP system. You work operationally with troubleshooting, analysis, and data quality, especially when regular resources are stretched or during business changes.

This role suits you if you have good system familiarity and understanding of retail flows, and thrive working structured within given frameworks. You collaborate closely with both business and IT and play a key role in ensuring that data and flows function correctly in daily operations.

Examples of tasks:

• Troubleshooting transactions and end-to-end business flows
• Analyzing system statuses, logic, and dependencies
• Updating and ensuring quality of master data: units/stores, warehouse locations, and organizational structure
• Basic price, campaign, and assortment linking
• Ensuring that changes in ERP do not create unwanted effects in other systems
• Documentation of working methods, decisions, and known risks

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Experience working in ERP systems, preferably within retail or other flow-intensive operations
• Understanding of how master data and business flows affect stores, warehouses, and finance
• Experience in business-oriented system support or helpdesk
• Ability to work structured and take responsibility for your own tasks
• Meritorious with experience in IFS
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English

You are analytical and meticulous in your working style and enjoy understanding how systems, data, and business operations connect. You work methodically, follow up on what you start, and are comfortable collaborating with both technical and business-oriented roles. You contribute stability to daily operations and are confident in asking for support when needed.
