About the position
At Olivia, we are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant at approximately 45% for our client in Tyresö.
The working hours are scheduled as follows:
- 09:00–14:00
- 14:00–20:30
- 15:30–20:30
- 20:30–06:30 (waiting time approx. 9 hours during the night)
The working hours apply to both weekdays and weekends, but night shifts only occur on weekdays.
Start date is by agreement, and we would prefer that you can start training immediately.
About the client
The client is a 13-year-old boy with Cerebral Palsy, epilepsy, and an intellectual disability. He lives at home with his family and dog in a villa in Trollbäcken.
The tasks include the following:
- Help with daily routines
- Mobility and transfers
- Support with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and meals
- Participate in physical exercise, play, and other activities
- Assist with communication
About you:
We are looking for a calm, secure, and physically strong person who can handle lifting and transfers, and who sees a long-term future within the team. You thrive in a role where you can create security and stability, are reliable, and have a calm demeanor. We also believe that you are solution-oriented and have a genuine interest in contributing to a secure and well-functioning everyday life.
Requirements:
- Experience working as a personal assistant or within care and social services
- Tolerance for animals with fur
- Non-smoker

Start date: Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.
Things to consider before applying:
A prerequisite for starting employment at Olivia is that you can present a valid ID document and submit a Swedish Tax Agency certificate (personbevis) as well as any documents proving your right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website.
Due to the fact that the position may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that, according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3), cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present a certificate of no criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new rules apply meaning that the register check will cover both extracts from the criminal record register and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Swedish Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order in good time.
