Professionals Nord is recruiting on behalf of a client for a Junior Configuration and Logistics Technician. The assignment is a consultancy role initially lasting 6 months, where you will be employed by Professionals Nord and work on-site at the client's company.

Responsibilities

As a Junior Configuration and Logistics Technician, you will work to ensure that materials, documentation, and information are handled correctly throughout the various phases of projects. The role involves many contact points and close collaboration with both internal teams and external partners.

You will support the business with administrative and coordinating tasks related to technical projects and logistics flows. The work suits you if you enjoy creating structure, following up on processes, and working solution-oriented in a technical environment.

You will, among other things:

• Administer and update documentation and configuration data
• Coordinate deliveries and material flows
• Ensure that project information is correct and updated in various systems
• Support projects and teams in planning and follow-up
• Communicate with internal functions and external partners
• Contribute to improvements in working methods and processes

We are looking for you who

We are looking for you who have post-secondary education in areas such as logistics, technology, industrial economics, or a similar field. Perhaps you have recently graduated or have worked for a year in an administrative, logistical, or technical role. You have a structured approach to work and enjoy working with coordination and follow-up. The role requires that you are meticulous, responsible, and thrive when collaborating with other people.

We would like you to have:

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field
• Good administrative skills and experience working in a structured manner
• Interest in technology and logistics
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Basic knowledge of the Office package

It is an advantage if you have previously worked in business systems or logistics-related systems. To thrive in this role, we believe you are proactive, solution-oriented, and communicative. You adapt easily to new situations and appreciate working in a role where you take responsibility and collaborate with various parts of the business.
