Do you want to work with the market's strongest brand within security? Securitas Direct is now looking for an engaged salesperson to join our team in Gävle – someone who wants to develop, take the next step in their career, and work with high-quality security solutions for businesses.

About the Role

As a salesperson at Securitas Direct, you will work with advisory B2B sales where security, quality, and long-term relationships are central to the job.

You will be responsible for the entire process, from initial contact to closing the deal, but you will also receive support, training, and tools to help you succeed.

You will sell alarm systems, camera solutions, and access control systems to companies with high security requirements. Our strong brand and modern systems give you a clear advantage in your work.

There are great opportunities to influence both results and income here – the key is your drive.

Your Responsibilities

  • Actively process and establish contact with new business customers in your district
  • Build, develop, and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Conduct needs analyses and present modern security solutions
  • Plan and structure your workday in dialogue with your manager

The district covers Gävleborg, and you will be based out of our office in Gävle.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has experience in sales or service – but most importantly, has the right attitude
  • Is goal-oriented, fearless, and enjoys proactive outreach
  • Has an easy time building trust and values relationship building
  • Has strong drive and wants to develop professionally
  • Takes responsibility, works structured, and likes to influence their own results
  • Has a valid driver's license (Category B) and a clean criminal record
  • Has an interest in technology
