In this role, you are responsible for ensuring that agreements with the customer are followed and that the project's deliverables correspond to what has been agreed upon. You work closely with both internal and external parties and become a key link between technical teams, operations, and the customer. Your main responsibilities include:

• Ensuring that agreements are followed throughout the project
• Participate in quotation work and requirement breakdown
• Plan resources, time, and the project's overall structure
• Conduct dialogues and build relationships with customers and partners
• Follow up on economy, schedules, margins, and permits
• Reporting on project status and coordination between internal teams
• Lead complex projects with many simultaneous interfaces
• Contribute to a professional and business-oriented project execution

• Relevant technical post-secondary education
• At least 1 year of experience in project management, management consulting, or a similar role
• Experience working in project environments and understanding of project models
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Clear technical interest
• Ability to handle customer dialogues and act in a business-like manner
• Ability to work full-time from Karlskoga
• The assignment is classified. Prior to employment, you must undergo a security clearance check and be approved according to current security regulations. This may entail requirements for specific citizenship

• Experience with project management tools and methods
• Experience from the manufacturing industry
• Experience with agile working methods
• Education in industrial economics
• Previous work in larger technical organizations
