Coop Norrbotten is facing significant changes in system structure, working methods, and IT delivery. We are now looking for an IT Manager who wants to be part of this journey – someone who thrives at the interface between operations, suppliers, and digital development.

About the role

As IT Manager, you have overall responsibility for ensuring that IT support functions, develops, and aligns with the business needs. You act as a central link between Coop Norrbotten's operations, the joint delivery within Coop Sweden, and our external partners.

The role is close to operations, requiring a good understanding of the daily life in our stores. You will work closely with managers and employees to capture needs, prioritize correctly, and drive improvements. It is in this close collaboration with the business that your work will make a real difference.

Your main responsibilities

• Be the link between operations and IT suppliers – interpret needs, set requirements, and follow up on deliveries.
• Actively participate in change work related to new systems, system structure, and working methods.
• Ensure that IT support is stable, purposeful, and adapted to the business needs.
• Drive continuous development and improvement – both technically and in how we work with IT.
• Represent Coop Norrbotten in relevant forums and collaborations within the IT area.

This is a role for you who are curious, structured, and solution-oriented, and who want to ensure that IT truly creates value in everyday life – in our stores and in our organization. We believe you are skilled at communicating and collaborating.

Technical understanding is important – but even more important is your ability to translate business needs into functioning IT solutions.

The location is Luleå, but with regular visits to our 41 stores around Norrbotten. A B-driver's license is therefore required.
