Reduxi is growing in the Nordic region, and we are now looking for an engaged person for our customer and technical support team.

Reduxi works with AI-based energy management for homes, properties, and businesses. Our solutions help customers control batteries, charging stations, solar panels, and inverters to cap power peaks, optimize electricity consumption, and use energy more efficiently.

About the role

In the role of Customer Support / Technical Support, you will become an important part of our team and have daily contact with both installers and end customers. You help customers get started, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide users on how the Reduxi system works.

The work includes, among other things:

• Customer support via phone, email, and digital channels
• Technical support regarding AI energy management
• Support for batteries, charging stations, inverters, and energy meters
• Assistance to installers during installation and commissioning
• Dialogue with end customers regarding features, settings, and optimization
• Internal feedback to the product and technology team regarding customer needs
