Do you want to work in a role where technology, service, and collaboration meet every day? As an IT Support Technician at Tre, you will have the opportunity to solve problems, support our users, and drive technical initiatives that make a real difference to the business!
About the role In this role, you will be a key internal contact person, responsible for ensuring our employees receive fast and professional IT support in their daily work. Whether it involves technical issues, new work tools, or support regarding workplace equipment, you are the person who creates security, structure, and a smooth user experience.
You will become part of our IT support department and join a Nordic team consisting of a total of 14 employees. In your daily work, you will collaborate closely with six colleagues in Stockholm and four in Copenhagen, where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and helpfulness are a natural part of everyday life. Together, you will rotate between phone-based and on-site support to provide the best possible assistance to users.
In the role, you will work with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment, as well as managing user accounts and permissions in modern Microsoft environments. You ensure that our internal systems and work tools function stably and smoothly. At the same time, you will drive technical projects where you contribute to creating an even better IT experience for the entire organization.

The role is based at 3huset near Globen in Stockholm, but since we also provide support to our retail network within Sweden, evening and weekend travel with overnight stays may occur.
About you We are looking for you with a few years of experience in a similar role within IT support or internal IT, where you are accustomed to working closely with users and providing technical support in daily operations. You preferably have a high school education with an IT focus or other relevant IT education.
Good knowledge of Windows and familiarity with Microsoft 365 and other Microsoft-based systems are considered necessary to do a good job. Knowledge of MacOS is an advantage but not a requirement. You have good technical understanding and an interest in how IT environments connect, where basic network knowledge is an advantage as many cases often relate to this area.
A B-driver's license is a requirement as the work may involve interventions at different locations within the business. Since we operate in an international environment, you need to communicate fluently in Swedish and have good English skills in both speech and writing. We believe the role will suit you well if you enjoy helping others and are motivated by creating good service and solving problems in a pedagogical and professional manner. You are communicative, unpretentious, and have the ability to meet people with patience and engagement, even at a high pace. A strong interest in technology and curiosity about new technical solutions are seen as a great asset in the role.
