We are now looking for a Care Administrator for the Neurophysiological Clinic at the University Hospital in Linköping. You will be part of a team of three care administrators.

What we offer

The Neurophysiological Clinic, part of the Sense Centre at the University Hospital in Linköping, performs electrophysiological diagnostics for diseases of the peripheral and central nervous systems as well as the musculature. We collaborate primarily with specialists in neurology, neurosurgery, and pediatrics. We also have cooperation agreements with the regions of Örebro, Kalmar, and Jönköping. Research projects are conducted at the clinic in collaboration with Linköping University. The clinic has 37 employees with various professional backgrounds.

Job Description

The Care Administrator's tasks are partly scheduled on a rolling basis where some duties are shared, but you will also have your own area of responsibility. We have virtually no dictation requirements, but the work consists of varied and interesting tasks such as handling referrals, telephone duty, patient booking, invoice processing, etc. You will work closely with the other professional groups at the clinic.

We are looking for you who have formal education as a Care Administrator. Since we work in the medical record systems Cosmic, PAF, and Sectra, it is meritorious if you have good knowledge of these systems. You should also have good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Beyond system knowledge, you are expected to be flexible. Flexibility means adapting to current situations and changing focus when unpredictable events occur, which is crucial in our daily work.

We work closely together and require good communication to solve the tasks we face. Therefore, this position suits you who enjoy collaboration, are receptive, and have strong communication skills towards colleagues, patients, and relatives.
