About the role

As a Product Data Engineer, you support FMV, the Swedish Armed Forces, and the defense industry by maintaining regulations and instructions for basic data registration, a crucial part of enabling efficient logistics operations. The role also involves planning and conducting training initiatives, both internally and externally, as well as capturing, preparing, defining requirements for, and prioritizing the organization's needs within the section's area, taking into account external developments, interoperability, and relevant laws and regulations.

In addition, you work with operational management and function as an object specialist within the section's area. You drive the development of working methods and ensure that knowledge is disseminated within the organization, while also representing the section and FMV both internally and externally. The role also includes participation in project work and working groups, where you may lead consultants or small groups if needed to ensure that assignments are carried out according to plan. The tasks may change over time in line with operational needs.

The role has a clear focus on carrying out assignments within scheduled timeframes, quality-assuring tasks and deliverables, and actively contributing to the development of working methods and the overall Materiel Data function.
