About Fältkök

Fältkök has existed since 2023 and has its roots in Norrbotten. We sell robust and reliable field kitchens and emergency equipment primarily to municipalities, regions, and authorities in Sweden.

We believe being an entrepreneur means having an unpretentious approach where we dare to try and test our way forward – that is how we learn and get better. We are constantly faced with new challenges and situations we haven't experienced before, and we solve them together in the best way possible. In a newly established growth company, not everything is in place yet, but we have a high ambition to create clear processes and routines where possible. We work extensively with digital tools and automation.

As a new member of the team, you will receive an introduction and training in everything you need to become a salesperson with us. You will be part of our sales team led by the Sales Manager, who will be your direct supervisor. To succeed in your sales role, we have a coaching approach with regular meetings.

About the role

Working in sales is a key role in the company as we offer products and services that are constantly evolving. As an inside sales representative, you will work office hours, 08:00–17:00, primarily selling our various products.

Your responsibilities will include among other things:

  • Establishing contact with new customers, primarily via phone.
  • Administration in our digital sales tool.
  • Sending out information and booking customer meetings.
  • Tracking key figures and sales strategies.
  • Follow-up on customer contacts via phone.
  • Building long-term relationships and understanding customer needs.
  • Learning how our equipment works to guide our customers correctly.
  • Conducting demonstrations of our products.
  • Being an unpretentious team player and being able to step in where needed in the company otherwise, for example, supporting incoming and outgoing deliveries.

Who are you?

We are looking for you with a completed upper secondary education, but we do not require a university degree. We are looking for you who have a natural entrepreneurial spirit and thrive when a lot is happening. Since we sell physical goods, it is important that you have a technical understanding and can relate to technical gadgets and equipment, for example, through experience as a retail salesperson. The most important thing is that you want to learn how our field kitchens and products work.

We would like you to:

  • Have a strong sales drive, like taking initiative and creating business.
  • Be social, curious, and have an easy time talking to people.
  • Thrive in an environment with a fast pace and new challenges that require a solution-oriented mindset.

Requirements:

  • Completed upper secondary education.
  • Category B driver's license.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written.
  • Swedish citizenship. Background check will be conducted.
