The service desk is a central function in the organization's IT support and plays an important role in employees' daily lives. Here, first-class IT support is provided, fault reports are received, and cases are handled with a focus on fast and smooth solutions - so that users can work without unnecessary interruptions!

Support is provided both in the internal IT environment and in various business systems, contributing to a varied and developing workday. The goal is clear: to provide fast, professional, and solution-oriented help, every time!

Your tasks may include

  • Providing user support via multiple channels, such as phone, email, chat, and remote connection
  • Identifying and resolving problems related to computers, peripherals, applications, and user accounts
  • Managing cases, accounts, and permissions in the organization's case management system
  • Installing, updating, and configuring software, clients, and common standard tools
  • Working with administration and user management in Microsoft 365 as well as other internal systems
  • Supporting and guiding users in digital tools in a clear and pedagogical manner

We are looking for you who have:

  • A relevant university degree in the IT field
  • 1 year of experience as an IT support technician or similar
  • Knowledge of case management systems
  • General knowledge about computers and peripherals
  • Very good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
