Dental Hygienist at Folktandvården Storvreta

To provide our patients with the best conditions for good oral health, we invest heavily in preventive dentistry (Frisktandvård). Our Operations

Folktandvården Storvreta is located just north of Uppsala, in a child-friendly and pleasant area with very good and fast train and bus connections from both south and north. About 20 employees work at the clinic, an engaged team that creates a good working climate and a positive work environment in modern and comfortable premises.

Your Role

We are looking for you who have a strong commitment to your work, value high quality, and possess good collaboration skills and a high level of service. You are positive, flexible, and have the ability to motivate patients towards good oral health. We welcome both experienced dental hygienists and recent graduates to apply. Starting a new job can be exciting and fun, but may also bring other feelings. As a new graduate dental hygienist here, you will participate in our mentorship program and be assigned a supervisor who will provide extra support during your first year.

Your role will offer great variety. You will work both independently and in teams in close collaboration with dentists and dental nurses.

Your Qualifications

To apply for this position, you must have completed a dental hygienist education and hold a license from the National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen). Previous professional experience as a dental hygienist or work experience within dentistry, healthcare, social care, or service industries is considered an advantage.

You set goals for yourself and work hard and ambitiously to achieve them. You handle stress constructively, maintain a good mood under pressure and setbacks, and quickly find solutions to emerging problems.
