Do you want to work in direct social work by supporting people with disabilities in their development? We are now looking for five coaches for our day activities in Stockholm. We offer training and several benefits.

About the role
The job involves supporting people with, among other things, autism, intellectual disabilities, and neuropsychiatric disabilities in their development. At Nytida's day activities, we have a main focus: the individual.

That the activity is individually designed is paramount to everything else. We start from the person's needs, interests, motivation, and above all resources. Therefore, the activity varies from person to person. A strong desire among most is to establish or re-establish contact with working life. For life to be experienced as meaningful, there often needs to be something more. It can involve developing through physical activity, education, crafts, or simply meeting others to socialize and talk about life. Your duties also include setting goals, planning, and documenting together with the client based on the current implementation plan, as well as maintaining contact with case workers and networks.

About the position
Nytida has day activities throughout Stockholm. We are currently looking for coaches for several of them. On the sites, there is a unit manager close to you who spends part of their time working in the activity. This can also be a future career opportunity for you.

Your experience and knowledge
You may have upper secondary education in care and nursing, for example as a nursing assistant. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing, good computer skills, and experience in documentation. It is an advantage if you have post-secondary education in social work, such as social worker, occupational therapist, health educator, public health scientist, behavioral scientist, or similar, as well as experience working with the target group. Otherwise, your CV is not the most important thing. If you have the right qualities, we will give you support and the opportunity to grow.

You have a positive outlook and a strong commitment to people, are responsible, and have personal maturity. You enjoy working in a team, supporting your colleagues, and always have our participants' best interests as your starting point in everything you do.

Other information
Employment type: We are looking for both permanent positions with a 6-month probation period and temporary positions.
Working hours and degree: Daytime, full-time.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting.
Start date: By agreement.
