Job Description

In this role, you are the first point of contact for our customers when they seek new solutions to improve the energy efficiency of their properties. You take active ownership of your customer dialogues and drive processes forward independently. The role involves developing existing customer relationships and handling incoming inquiries, while proactively identifying and establishing contact with new customers.

Qualifications

This role suits you if you currently work as a salesperson in the construction and real estate industry or a related field, or if you come from a more technical background and wish to take the next step toward a more customer- and business-driven role. Regardless of your background, you will have the opportunity to combine your technical understanding with business development and build long-term customer relationships.

To succeed in this role, the following requirements are necessary:

  • Secondary education (high school diploma).
  • Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English.
  • Previous work experience within HVAC, building automation, property management and maintenance, or related areas.
  • Valid driver's license (Category B).
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales experience.
  • Experience with calculations and contract sales.
  • Experience with CRM systems.

As a person, you take significant ownership of your work. Since many of your colleagues in the group work in other locations, it is required that you are confident in taking initiative and driving matters forward independently. You naturally build strong and long-term customer relationships and have a structured and strategic approach to projects and planning. You are curious about new technology and possess strong problem-solving skills and clear communication abilities, both internally and externally.
