About the role

As a customer service representative at Miljonlotteriet, your primary task is to handle incoming calls from our customers. An important part of the job is managing calls from customers who wish to cancel their subscriptions. Here, your ability to listen, understand the customer's needs, and offer relevant solutions is crucial.

You work in a solution-oriented manner, guide customers through our offers, and contribute to creating good customer experiences as well as retaining satisfied subscribers.

Your responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails from customers
• Actively work to retain customers in calls where cancellation is discussed
• Identify customer needs and present relevant offers
• Document cases in our systems
• Contribute to the team's shared goals within both service and sales

We are looking for someone who

• Is communicative, receptive, and has a positive attitude
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by achieving results
• Has previous experience in customer service and preferably in sales
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish
• Has knowledge of other languages, which is an advantage
• Is a team player who enjoys developing together with others
