Your Responsibilities:

• You are the first point of contact for users via phone, chat, and email - and you guide them safely and professionally!
• You solve technical problems in a pedagogical, efficient, and service-oriented manner.
• You work with troubleshooting in various areas, for example:
  • networks
  • operating systems
  • information security
  • peripherals
• You prioritize, document, and follow up on cases to ensure quality and structure.
• You continuously learn new systems and technologies - development is a natural part of the role.

We would like you to have:

• Relevant upper secondary education or equivalent.
• Experience working in IT support or equivalent.
• Knowledge of case management systems.
• General knowledge of computers, peripherals, operating systems, networks, and information security.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent.
• Very good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
