About the Role

We are looking for a Director of Supply Chain for our product area Systems Integration in Solna. In this role, you lead and develop the entire supply chain – with responsibility for strategy, delivery capability, and continuous improvement. You play a central part in translating the product area's goals into priorities, working methods, and results within production, warehousing, purchasing, and quality. You lead the business through subordinate managers and team leaders.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Develop and implement long-term strategies for a sustainable and efficient supply chain.
• Lead and coach teams within production, warehousing, purchasing, and quality, while strengthening internal leaders.
• Optimize processes and KPIs to drive cost-efficiency and operational excellence.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and ensure reliable, sustainable, and cost-effective purchasing.
• Ensure that the supply chain meets quality and regulatory requirements and manage risks to minimize disruptions.
• Own and follow up on departmental project commitments by ensuring the team delivers according to plan in projects, via designated sub-project leaders and resources.

Who We Are Looking For

To succeed in this role, we would like you to have:

• A university degree in supply chain, industrial economics, logistics, or equivalent.
• Experience in building and leading organizations within supply chain, production, and logistics.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills with experience driving improvement initiatives and change management.
• Experience leading teams with several key personnel at different levels.
• A thorough understanding of supply chain processes, digitalization, automation, and sustainability work.
• Good communication skills and experience working in a complex organization with many interfaces.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

You have a strategic height but also thrive being close to operations and making decisions when conditions change. As a leader, you are coaching and confident, with the ability to build strong teams and develop other leaders.
