Do you want to work in a calm hotel environment? Nordkalotten Hotel in Luleå is looking for a service-oriented receptionist who takes responsibility for the front desk operations and creates a sense of security and good service.

Nordkalotten Hotel in Luleå is part of Pite Havsbad Group, Northern Sweden's largest tourism and conference company. The hotel is characterized by a calm and secure atmosphere and is currently rented for long-term stays to corporate clients, which creates stability in operations and personal hospitality with returning guests.

We are now looking for a responsible and service-oriented receptionist who enjoys working varied hours, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends. As a receptionist with us, you are the hotel's face. You meet guests at a calmer pace, work more independently, and play an important role in creating security, structure, and good service.

You are responsible for the front desk operations and ensure that guests receive professional and friendly treatment – from check-in to check-out – while handling practical and administrative tasks.

Your Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out of guests
• Reception and guest service
• Handling bookings and simpler administration
• Answering phone calls and handling incoming and outgoing emails
• Answering questions, handling inquiries, and resolving situations that arise
• Issuing keys and receiving fault reports for further handling
• Responsible for reception and hotel flow during daytime, as well as evenings and weekends
• Other customary tasks within the reception and hotel operations may occur, in accordance with the business's needs

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You are confident, responsible, and service-oriented. You thrive working independently and have a knack for creating a good welcome even when the pace is calmer and the workday requires your own judgment. We place great emphasis on personality, engagement, and willingness to take responsibility.

We would like you to:

• Have experience from service roles (hotel/reception experience is meritorious but not required)
• Have a professional and friendly manner
• Be flexible, solution-oriented, and detail-oriented
• Have good computer skills and be able to work in various systems
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English

A B-class driver's license is meritorious.
