About the Role

As Communications Manager, you will have a central role in the company's communication work, responsible for ensuring clear, professional, and unified communication in both internal and external channels. The role is primarily operational and supportive, where you work closely with the business, management, and various project teams.

You will work with everything from internal communication and content production to communication support during projects, launches, and change initiatives. The role also involves responsibility for the company's external communication in digital channels, as well as contact with external partners and agencies when needed.

As Communications Manager, you will have a broad role focused on creating engaging and effective communication that supports the business's goals and development.

In the role, you will among other things:

  • Be responsible for internal communication through, for example, intranet, newsletters, presentations, and communication materials for management.
  • Produce content for the web, social media, newsletters, and other external channels, as well as handle press releases and press contacts.
  • Provide communication support in projects, launches, and change initiatives by creating presentation materials, messages, and content.
  • Monitor and analyze the effect of communication efforts and report results and engagement to management.

About You

Qualifications

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

  • At least three years of experience in communication, PR, or marketing.
  • Experience of both internal and external communication.
  • Very good ability to write and produce content for different target groups and channels.
  • Experience of working practically with social media, web, and digital communication.

It is meritorious if you have experience of crisis communication as well as understanding of business processes and technical products.

To thrive in the role, we see that you are an independent and structured person who finds it easy to prioritize and drive the work forward. You are creative, solution-oriented, and have strong communication skills in both speech and writing.

Furthermore, you are a non-hierarchical team player who enjoys collaborating closely with management, project teams, and external partners.
