Coor is looking for an M365 Specialist who thrives in large environments, automation, problem-solving, and hands-on technical work

As an M365 Specialist, you are responsible for the technical administration and further development of our Microsoft 365 services in a complex enterprise environment. You work closely with the cloud operations, identity, workplace, and security teams, as well as collaborate with service providers and the business to ensure our collaboration tools function stably, securely, and efficiently in everyday life.

What you will do here

You work with technical administration, management, and further development of the Microsoft 365 platform, focusing on stability, security, and user support in everyday life. You:

• Administer, configure, and optimize our M365 services (e.g., Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Work with policies and security settings
• Automate administration and analysis through PowerShell and Graph API
• Collaborate closely with service partners regarding incidents, changes, and improvement work in an outsourced environment
• Evaluate and test new features within the M365 suite (e.g., Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform)
• Create analyses and dashboards regarding user behavior, license usage, and operational insights

The work varies between planned changes, technical problem-solving, and development initiatives. One day you work with automation or analyses, the next day you handle a change from a provider or help the business find a sustainable solution within the platform. The role also means that you often act as a bridge between technology and the business, where you explain possibilities, limitations, and solutions in a clear manner.

Your team and workplace

You will become part of Coor IT, an organization with approximately 60 employees. This role belongs to Cloud & Platform Services, and your closest colleagues work with IT Workplace, infrastructure, networking, cloud, and IAM. You will also collaborate closely with the IT security team, Dynamics specialists, and IT Service Managers in our product teams.

Our core business is to create the best workplaces in the Nordics, and we certainly want to be the best in class. In March 2025, we moved into brand new, incredibly pleasant (if we may say so ourselves) premises in Hagastaden, and we meet three days a week at the office.

About you

We are looking for you who have a few years of experience with administration, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft 365 in a larger organization or enterprise environment. You have an understanding of modern identity and access management solutions and how they integrate and interact with the services in the M365 ecosystem. Microsoft Purview is a plus, but not a requirement.

You are curious about Power Platform, and it is a big plus if you have worked with it. The same applies to Copilot features in M365 and how these can be used to streamline work in, among other things, Teams and Outlook/Exchange Online. We will be especially curious to hear about the custom automations and AI solutions you have created!

As a person, you are structured and curious with an interest in technology and problem-solving. You thrive in collaborations with different competencies and can communicate technical issues in a clear way. In the role, you often become an important link between technology, service partners, and the business, where your ability to explain and reason about solutions makes a difference.
