About Us
Welcome to our "whole life" health centre! Strängnäs Health Centre is a stable, continuously developing facility with broad competence and an open atmosphere. We have approximately 15,000 registered patients and operate as a region-driven activity.

We work in teams, and you will be part of one of our teams. This approach promotes close collaboration between different staff groups and creates good conditions for knowledge exchange, security, and continuity for both staff and patients.

Here you will find specially trained nurses with clinics for asthma/COPD, heart failure, and diabetes. We also have a memory team and coordination nurses. Access is available to physiotherapists, occupational therapists, rehabilitation coordinators, psychologists, and social workers. Additionally, we have a unit for SSIH (Specialized Home Care) and Child Health Services (BHV) at the Family Centre.

Together with other health centres in Strängnäs Municipality, we staff the primary care on-call service, which operates during daytime hours on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Your Responsibilities

As a nurse/registered nurse here, you will have a multifaceted role working closely with the various professions at the health centre. Your duties will include telephone advice via Tele Q/chat and alternating shifts at the clinic. Here, you are encouraged to take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team. You will be able to utilize your full range of skills!

There are also opportunities for professional development, and for those interested, there is a chance to deepen your expertise in a specific area over time. We offer a flexible working arrangement with the possibility of working from home for parts of the role, as well as individually adapted schedules.

Your Qualifications

• You are a licensed nurse or district nurse. Personal suitability is highly valued.
• A valid Category B driver's license is required.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English.

Employment Terms

Temporary position covering parental leave until 2027-03-31, full-time. The percentage of employment is negotiable. Start date by agreement.
