OP Assistans is now offering a permanent position as a Personal Assistant in Sandviken!

The client is a young woman living in Sandviken. All new assistants start here as temporary substitutes to get to know each other first. For the right person, there may then be an opportunity for a larger schedule.

The shifts are scheduled as 24-hour shifts with waiting time. The work is performed where the client is located, which can be both inside and outside the client's home.

The client is a woman living in her own home in Sandviken.

Your duties will include support with:

• Mobility and motor support
• Communication
• Personal care
• Supervision and maintaining structure and routines
• Social and daily activities

Aside from this, there are some requirements for you to be able to work with our client, namely:

• You are a non-smoker
• You handle the Swedish language very well in communication and understanding
• You can work 24-hour shifts with waiting time
• You have sufficient physical capacity to handle an active working day

It is also meritorious if you:

• Have experience in personal assistance or another care-related profession

Due to the fact that the position may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3) cannot be performed by minors, you must be 18 years old to work as a personal assistant with us.

We build close and long-term relationships as a smaller company, but at the same time have the security and resources from our larger parent company, Team Olivia. Many of our managers have their own experience as personal assistants, which gives a deep understanding of the profession. We follow collective agreements between Kommunal/Vårdföretagarna.
