About the position

We are currently looking for engaged and responsible individuals who wish to work as personal assistants for our client in Stjärnhov. The position covers 50–100% and working hours are scheduled on weekdays from 15:00–21:00, and on weekends from 08:00–15:00 or 15:00–21:00. Start date is by agreement, and we would prefer that you are available for immediate onboarding. More information about the client will be provided during the interview.

The duties include the following:

• Support with daily routines
• Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and tube feeding
• Support in daily activities

Requirements:

• Non-smoker
• Valid driver's license and access to a car

Employment level: 50-100% as well as hourly temporary positions

Things to consider before applying:

A prerequisite for starting employment at Olivia is that you can present a valid ID and submit a certificate of personal data (personbevis) as well as any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the certificate of personal data from the Swedish Tax Agency's website.

Due to the fact that the position may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that, according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3), cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present a certificate of no criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply, meaning the register check will include both a certificate of no criminal record and a certificate from the suspicion register. The certificate is ordered via the Swedish Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
