We are now looking for a Group Business Controller for an international company in strong growth within the life science sector. In this role, you will work closely with the CFO and the management team, holding a position where your analysis and insights contribute directly to strategic decisions, profitability, and continued expansion. This is a role for you who wants to combine analytical depth with business proximity while helping to develop modern working methods within controlling, data, and BI.

About the Role

As Group Business Controller, you will have a central role in the group's financial management. You will work close to the business and contribute with analyses, forecasts, and decision support that help the organization make better and faster decisions.

The role involves both strategic and operational work, where you will have the opportunity to develop structures, improve processes, and further develop the organization's data-driven working methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic sounding board for the CFO, management, and international business units
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year planning
• Responsible for management reporting and board materials
• Ensure clear and business-oriented performance tracking
• Produce analyses, financial models, and decision support
• Further develop BI structures, data models, and dashboards (Power BI)
• Drive improvement initiatives within controlling, automation, and data-driven decision support

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a person with experience from Business Controlling, FP&A, or a similar role, preferably in an international environment or group structure. You have strong analytical skills and feel confident working with complex financial relationships. Furthermore, you have excellent knowledge of Excel and Power BI and are motivated by turning data into business insights. You are business-oriented, communicative, and comfortable presenting analyses and recommendations to management and other decision-makers. At the same time, you thrive in changing environments and are driven by developing and improving working methods, processes, and structures. Experience with or interest in AI-based analysis tools and automation is a plus.
