About the Role

We at Securitas are currently looking for a Team Leader for the department in Malmö. Here, together with other team leaders and managers, you will work on creating the right conditions for our employees. In this role, you work as a security guard, but your primary task is to ensure that your team has the right conditions to carry out daily work in the best possible way.

Through your engagement in the team and clear leadership, you lay the foundation for well-knit teams. At Securitas, we want to be the best in our industry, and as a Team Leader, you will have a significant impact through regular dialogue with both our customers and employees around you.

For example, you will:

• Deliver required reports to the customer according to the agreement.
• Actively work to improve and develop the service delivery in terms of execution and follow-up.
• Perform self-checks to the appropriate extent.
• Ensure that reporting occurs at least to the extent and frequency specified in the agreement.
• At the customer's request, develop proposals for instructions for the delivery of the assignment.
• Continuously review developed instructions for the delivery of the assignment and ensure that updated instructions are available to the relevant personnel.
• Participate in meeting series as described in the agreement as well as internal meeting series.
• Be involved in scheduling and vacancy resolution.
• Ensure that Securitas policies are followed and adhered to.

Requirements

• Experience from the security industry.
• Approved grades in Swedish and English from the first year of high school.
• Good familiarity with computer work.
• Freight and postal training.
• DGR training.
• Category B driver's license.

Meritorious

• Experience working with freight and postal services.
• Experience in leadership within the security industry.

Salary and employment conditions are based on a collective agreement between the employer organization Säkerhetsföretagen and the Swedish Transport Workers' Union.
